2. Next, Create a chart with the list of 5 things that will “create lasting positive change.” For the next 21 days, we will work together to do each item on the list. After 21 days, we will assess if our outlook on life has become more positive.
3. But…1st, we need to take an initial assessment of where our mind frame is today. So, open your journal (or OneNote on your tablet). Next, I want you to take the next 10 minutes to free write. I want you to write about your mindset today. Basically, tell me about your “true” vision of yourself and the world around you. Are you happy? Are you sad? Are you positive, negative, or a little of both? Let’s find out where you truly are today, and in 21 days, we’ll compare it to now!
